What it does: Turns uploaded license manager logs into usage, denial, utilization, concurrency, and user reports.
Why it matters: License administrators receive useful reports without building their own parsers, scripts, or dashboards.
My role: Defined, designed, developed, and released the complete browser-based product.
Result: Created a public browser-based reporting product for engineering license administrators.

What it does: Transfers Open iT engineering license usage into ServiceNow SAM Pro and combines it with entitlement and cost data.
Why it matters: Customers can see what their licenses cost, how they are used, and how much they may be able to save.
My role: Led delivery, data mapping, API workflows, validation, and repeatable customer deployment.
Result: Eight customer implementations and approximately $180,000 in company upsell revenue.

What it does: Moves OpenLM inventory and usage data through ETL into a BI-ready data warehouse.
Why it matters: Customers can use any BI tool to build custom reports and dashboards instead of relying only on embedded OpenLM reporting.
My role: Created and led the reporting product and its data workflows.
Result: Part of broader reporting work that contributed approximately $3 million in company upsell revenue.

What it does: Transfers OpenLM data between Firebird, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MariaDB, and Oracle.
Why it matters: Customers can change database platforms without losing the license data they have already collected.
My role: Designed and built the migration product.
Result: Used across approximately 700 systems with no data loss.
